Long screen hours

Unhealthy eating

Loneliness

We are trying to feel the void with junk, late-night work, and parties.
Here are a few tips to fix your sleep schedule before it’s too late

😴 Have a dedicated sleep schedule.
Be it 10 p.m., 11 p.m., or 12. But stick to it.

📵 Don’t use gadgets for at least 2-3 hours before going to sleep.

🥗Drink warm milk and have a light dinner to fall asleep quickly.

🔦Replace mobile with a torch, alarm clock if you find yourselves giving excuses.

🛌🏼Use a comfortable mattress and pillows.
Keep your bedroom free from distractions.

Reduce or eliminate the use of stimulants like nicotine and caffeine at night.

💤 Don’t take naps during the day.

🩺Consult a health professional if you still find yourself struggling to fall asleep.

Obstructive sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome can also cause insomnia.
So, check with your doctor.

“You have one life. Don’t work on things that don’t matter.
Build a habit and stick to it”
