For the general public, it is difficult to understand the medical terms and nuances. Which supply the heart muscle with oxygen and nutrients. This blockage can cause damage to the heart muscle. If not treated quickly, can lead to serious complications or even death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Common symptoms of a heart attack include chest pain or discomfort, shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting, and pain or discomfort in other areas of the body, such as the arms, neck, jaw, or back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>&#8220;On the other hand, a blockage or a ruptured blood vessel can interrupt or reduce the blood supply to the brain, causing a stroke.&#8221; This can cause brain cells to die. Also leading to a range of symptoms such as weakness or numbness on one side of the body, difficulty speaking or understanding language, vision problems, and a severe headache. Like a heart attack, a stroke is a medical emergency that requires urgent treatment to prevent long-term disability or death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In summary, a heart attack and a stroke are both serious medical emergencies. But they affect different parts of the body and have different symptoms. A heart attack is caused by a blockage in the blood vessels that supply the heart.
